Sister Pacensia was a faithful member of the Church of Christ since 1972. After she was converted, she helped together with her husband in preaching the Gospel to many lost souls especially to their family and relatives. They even built a church building on their place in Asinan church of Christ but the Muslim rebels burned it and cause them to evacuate their place. But everywhere they went, they remain faithful in Christ and build a congregation to worship. At the present, they lived in Igpit, Digos City, Davao del Sur and worship with the brethren here in Igpit church of Christ where brother Obleo Potestas preaches. My father, Julie Divine A. Notarte, knows them very much since he was 12 years old when they were preaching together with my grandfather, Ruben Notarte.
During the funeral service, I lead the songs and my father, Julie Divine A. Notarte, preached the word of God. We comfort them in this hard times. The brethren were very thankful and edified on their faith. Other preachers who cooperated were brother Joey Bilang, Renato Bogoy, Ruel Eloy and Obleo Potestas. My mother, Estrella Notarte, and sister Belen Buisan also cooperated.
The brethren in Kalonbarak church of Christ invited us again to preach more about Jesus by having a Gospel meeting. They are willing to learn more about the truth. They are active also in preaching to their neighbors and relatives. Through their help, 2 more souls were added to the Church this day by submitting to water baptism. Brother Simplicio Galacio is their local preacher.
Other preachers who cooperated were brother Joseph Notarte, Jonathan Notarte, and Pedrito Matampole.
(Still, I was not able to go with them in this schedule because my wife was still in the hospital in Digos Doctor's Hospital, Digos City. I am attending for her needs and buying the prescribed medicines. She is now recovering from "Acute Gastritis" which cause of severe pain on her stomach.)
A Gospel Meeting was held in Upper Labay church of Christ, Purok 7, Upper Labay, General Santos City. This congregation was established few years ago through the help of brother Dionesio Tol. And now, brother Pedrito Matampole helped in preaching on this congregation so the brethren remains edified in their faith.
4. Julie Divine A. Notarte, a preacher in Digos City church of Christ, Roxas Ext., Zone 3, Digos City, Davao del Sur
Not only that, she also trained his son, Feliciano Linao Sr. to become faithful preacher of the Church of Christ and he is now preaching in Suawan church of Christ, Sitio Apo, Suawan, Marilog District, Davao City for many years. Through her helped also, his grandson, Feliciano Linao Jr., is now a local preacher in Kitakal church of Christ, Kitakal, Malungon, Sarangani Province. Truly, sister Felisa will be remembered for his good works in the Lord's kingdom.
On this last day, the burial was delayed because the funeral homes was not yet paid in full. The funeral's policy will not allow them to bury a dead until paid or else a penalty will be faced. Our brethren are very busy finding money. They are poor and don't have enough money to pay their obligation. But lastly, they were able to borrow money. We are thankful to God for it. Please pray for them to pay their debts on the burial expenses.
Together with me who comfort the family of sister Felisa Linao on this last day were brother Joseph Notarte, Jonathan Notarte, Ben Dulong, Emelio Lumapay and Hope Itdang.
As the Gospel of Christ was preached to the lost souls, many were still responding it with obedience to its command. Four (4) precious souls submitted to baptism after hearing the truth for several times through the help of brother Larry Madialan, a preacher in Albatana church of Christ, Sitio Albatana, Maibo, Magsaysay, Davao del Sur. And also, they were converted by listening to our radio program in DXDS Radyo Ukay Digos City where I (Joshua A. Notarte) and my brothers in flesh, Joseph and Jonathan, are preaching for many years. 
My father, Julie Divine A. Notarte, started our radio program here in Digos City and was very effective in reaching the alien sinners for them to heard the truth. Our radio program have many listeners especially in the mountainous areas in Davao del Sur. Even the rebels are listening and many of them had already obeyed the Gospel and become faithful members of the Church of Christ. Many of them were baptized by my father. To God be the glory!
Before we went to the water, brother Julie Divine A. Notarte preached first about the importance of water baptism at Digos City church of Christ, Roxas Ext., Zone 3, Digos City, Davao del Sur. This we always do to refresh in their minds why we need to be baptized. After hearing the truth and confessing Christ as the Son of God, we went immediately to the water in Lozada, San Isidro, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur and baptized them. To God be the Glory!
The Gospel of Christ was continually preached to the prisoners in Davao del Sur Provincial Jail or Provincial Rehabilation Center (PRC), Matti, Digos City, Davao del Sur. Through God's help, this bible study was done every Thursday for almost 1 year since started on April 2015. Many souls are ready to obey the Gospel through water baptism. May God help us make this possible and touch the hearts of the jail administration to permit us to do so for God's glory!
9:00 - 11:00 AM - I (Joshua A. Notarte) and my father, Julie Divine A. Notarte, preached in the worship service at Digos City church of Christ, Roxas Ext., Zone 3, Digos City. Brother Jonathan Notarte lead the songs. He was not able to preach in Hagonoy and Matanao congregations because of heavy rains. We are just riding a motorbike when travelling. But on the other side, we were thankful for the rain that helps the plants of our brethren. This was a great blessing in this time of long drought.
4:00 - 5:00 PM - I (Joshua A. Notarte) preached on the worship service in Padada church of Christ, Sikatuna St., Padada, Davao del Sur. The preachers who cooperated were brother Joseph A. Notarte, Jonathan A. Notarte and Ruel Eloy.
