4 Precious Souls BAPTIZED at Sulop, Davao del Sur

By God's grace and continued effort in spreading the truth, four (4) precious souls submitted to baptism after hearing the Gospel of Christ. They heard first the word of God for several times in J.P. Laurel Church of Christ, J.P. Laurel, Malungon, Sarangani Province through the effort of brother Pedrito Matampole.

These four converts were formerly members in "Iglesia ni Cristo" founded by Felix Manalo in 1914 here in the Philippines who teaches and believed that Jesus is Not God. This is a very influenced religion in our country but through hard work in standing for the truth, many from their members were converted to the True Church of Christ where Jesus built. This is also part of the lesson that my father, Julie Divine A. Notarte, taught in this bible study.

 After confessing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, we immediately went to the water and baptized them. Their names are:
1. Liezel Campugan
2. Baby Joy Egalan
3. Winalyn Tubo
4. Jezzel Cote
The youngest is 10 years old this coming month. Many discouraged her to wait for other time when she will become older but she insisted and went to the water without anyone who forced her. This really happens when a person always attended worship services and taught Godly life at the early age.

 Brother Julie Divine A. Notarte baptized them and we give all the Glory to God!

After baptism, I, Joshua A. Notarte, read some scriptures from the bible to edify our faith to live worthy in a Christian life.

Other preachers who cooperated were brother Joseph Notarte, Jonathan Notarte, Rudy Coercy A. Notarte, Franklin Isla, Adelbert Matampole, Ringene Grengea and Alijo Sanama.
