We were invited to preach on a gospel meeting in Malawanit church of Christ where brother Rogelio Tari preaches together with his brothers in flesh, Little Tari and Roque Tari. This congregation was established on 1971 right after the time when my grandfather, Ruben Notarte, was baptized in the Church of Christ. Together with my father, Julie Divine A. Notarte, they first preached here and 60 precious souls were baptized that time and until now, many of them are still alive and remain faithful members of the Church of Christ. Although they experienced much persecution that time and their church building and houses were burned by Muslim rebels, still they continue to preach the truth and as a result, many more souls were added to the church and saved. To God be the Glory!

After preaching the truth, 6 PRECIOUS SOULS submitted to baptism and we give all the glory to God. My father, Julie Divine A. Notarte, baptized them at the river. Their names are: 1. The brethren in Malawanit church of Christ and all congregations in Magsaysay, Davao del Sur are asking for help. They are very much affected by long drought or El Niño calamity. Many of their plants are already dead especially their corn plants which was also eaten by massive rats. They asked for our prayers and help. May God open the hearts of the brethren who are able.
